Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of contract management experience in construction/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong risk mitigation.
• Proficient with contract management software and MS Office.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and manage multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract management process and ensure obligations are fulfilled.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage project contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
