AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost-control activities for infrastructure projects. The role focuses on preparing interim payments, measuring work, reviewing contracts, and supporting commercial negotiations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, 10+ years' QS experience (preferably road/highway), and strong knowledge of FIDIC and cost-control tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years QS experience, road/highway projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents and ensure cost parameter compliance.
• Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
• Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
