Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia to manage cost-control activities for infrastructure projects. You will prepare interim payments, measurements, cost reports, and BOQs, review contracts, and support negotiations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with 5–10 years’ QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects, and strong knowledge of FIDIC and cost-control tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
• Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
