Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an accomplished Quantity Surveyor to oversee measurement, valuation, and cost control across major infrastructure projects. You will ensure accurate take-offs, monitor expenditures, and manage contractual compliance with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes interim valuations, change management under FIDIC, and robust cost forecasting. Saudi/GCC project experience is highly desirable for effective collaboration with site teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Professional membership with MRICS/APC or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with commercial management or construction law advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Measure and quantify construction works in accordance with contract requirements and approved drawings.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and verify contractor-reported quantities.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts.
• Review interim payment applications and issue valuation reports.
• Evaluate variation requests and manage change orders.
• Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and value engineering inputs.
• Support contract administration, claims, and final accounts with contractors.
• Assist in tendering, procurement, and subcontract administration.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, governance, and safety practices.
