The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and 10+ years of QS experience, with strong FIDIC knowledge and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
• Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
