Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Commercial Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee contract management for complex, high-value projects. The role emphasizes negotiation, administration, and strategic commercial input across procurement models and governance processes.

You will lead claims, variations, EOTs, and dispute resolution while mentoring junior staff. A PMC background and international contract standards knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, surveying, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in contract management with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
• Strong knowledge of international contract standards (FIDIC/NEC) and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Identify risks and ensure mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support tendering, bid evaluation, and contract awards; provide strategic commercial guidance.
