Job summary

Gartner is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to manage strategic client relationships in the Riyadh region. You will drive mission-critical outcomes for senior clients, align Gartner assets with client priorities, and lead engagements across pre-sale to renewal.

Qualifications

• Masters degree preferred with 15+ years in senior cyber security leadership.
• Experience as CISO/CSO or Head of Cyber Security; consulting/advisory experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management and Resilience.
• Experience with strategy development and metrics; understanding of major industry trends.
• Critical thinking and problem solving to advise clients.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous situations and manage change.
• Excellent relationship management with senior technology and business leaders.
• Experience coaching senior leaders.
• Excellent public speaking and workshop facilitation skills.
• Collaboration and team leadership.
• Strong time and client portfolio management; willingness to travel 25%+.
• Fluency in other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25-30 member relationships and participates in account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.
• Assist members to achieve their Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging Gartner assets and own experience.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to provide solutions, insights, and guidance for the members.
• Provide valuable interactions and support by assessing member needs and developing a customized engagement plan.
• Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, on-boarding, relationship management, delivery, review and renewal.
• Responsible for member retention and contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development, and value demonstration activities.
• Host and/or participate in onsite or remote member activities, including workshops, research analyst visits, round tables, and webinars (in collaboration with Gartner Research).
