Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to manage 25-30 member relationships and drive growth in the region.

You will engage with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives to deliver tailored solutions and enable members to meet mission-critical priorities. You will guide engagements across the member lifecycle, deliver insights, mentor senior leaders, and represent Gartner in workshops, webinars and events, including onsite activities, in collaboration with

Qualifications

• University graduate (Masters preferred) with 15+ years’ working experience in senior cyber security leadership.
• Proven experience in roles such as CISO, CSO, Head of Cyber Security.
• Experience in Consulting and Advisory roles in cybersecurity is beneficial.
• In-depth understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management and Resilience.
• Experience with strategy development, organizational design, initiative management and metrics.
• Critical thinking and problem solving to provide actionable advice.
• Excellent relationship management with senior leaders.
• Excellent public speaking and workshop facilitation skills.
• Travel 25% and upwards.
• Fluency in other European languages or Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 25-30 member relationships and participate in account planning with Gartner Leaders and Account Executives.
• Assist members to achieve Mission Critical Priorities using Gartner assets and personal knowledge.
• Provide solutions, insights, and guidance; assess member needs and develop engagement plans.
• Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, on-boarding, delivery, renewal.
• Drive member retention and contribute to regional growth through support of Gartner Sales.
• Host or participate in onsite or remote activities: workshops, visits, round tables, webinars.
