Job summary

You will deliver detailed task strategies, monthly reports, and critical updates to stakeholders while coordinating with Job Managers and attending planning meetings to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil or Quantity Surveying with 8 years of experience, including 5 years in infrastructural projects.
• Middle East & Saudi Arabia experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure.
• Strong safety history.
• Solid in construction disciplines with practical know-how.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality planning and organize requirements for Job Managers.
• Create P6-based task strategies around WBS.
• Ensure integration of project controls into the distribution process.
• Provide scheduling updates ranging from daily to monthly.
• Produce monthly planning reports, progress updates and estimates.
• Prepare ad hoc reports informing the Project Manager of schedule impacts and progress.
• Prepare information and participate in regular planning meetings.
