Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering with total 8 years of experience including 5 years in infrastructural projects.
• Middle East & Saudi Arabia experience is a plus.
• Strong expertise of infrastructure.
• Strong security background.
• Strong in all construction disciplines with knowledge of HOW TO.

Responsibilities

• Examine construction strategies and prepare quantity requirements.
• Scrutinize upkeep and material prices, including contracts for best deals.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, specialists and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports, analyses, agreements, budgets and risk analyses.
• Advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Maintain track of materials and purchase more when required.
• Record changes in design and update budgets accordingly.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Travel to various project sites as required.
