Job summary

Flip retail seeks a Civil Engineer to supervise on-site infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will review guidance on drawings to ensure conformity with store illustrations and specifications, coordinate submittals, and raise issues when contract requirements are not met.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience, including 3 years in infrastructural projects.
• Organized and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Middle East & Saudi Arabia experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and safety history.
• Proficient in construction disciplines and practical methods.

Responsibilities

• Review project guidance and ensure conformity with store illustrations, specifications, and contract needs.
• Coordinate submittals, reviews, and approvals; report inconsistencies and record findings.
• On-site coordination with teams to fulfill contractual commitments and avoid delays.
• Prepare snag lists and support remedial works until issues are closed.
