Job summary

Saudi Icon is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our Project Controls Team and support major construction and fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree, 8–12 years of planning and scheduling experience, and advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, CPM/EVM, and Power BI dashboard development. You will manage multiple projects and contribute to baseline schedules and delay analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 8–12 years of planning & scheduling experience.
• Fit-out project experience is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Strong expertise in CPM / Critical Path Analysis & EVM.
• Experience in Baseline Schedules, EOT Claims, Delay Analysis, Recovery & Mitigation Plans.
• Strong progress and management reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI & dashboard development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of AI tools for planning and project controls is an advantage.
