Job summary

Petroraq Engineering Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer – Civil & Infrastructure to lead end‑to‑end execution of civil and EPC projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will manage mobilization, planning, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and handover, coordinating with internal teams and clients to deliver on contractual commitments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant construction/project management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of assigned projects from kick-off through execution, testing, handover, and closeout.
• Develop and implement the overall Project Execution Plan (PEP) in accordance with contract requirements, scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE.
• Manage civil and infrastructure works including earthworks, roads, structures, utilities, drainage, and related EPC activities.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineers to establish baselines, milestones, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor progress, review look-ahead schedules, and identify delays with corrective recovery plans.
• Lead client, consultant, PMC, and subcontractor meetings and ensure proper documentation of instructions and decisions.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
• Oversee handover, as-built documentation, and final account settlement.
