Job summary

Kanz in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Civil & ID) to support pre-contract and commercial functions including BOQ preparation, cost control, and tender support. The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills and experience with standard forms of contract.

The candidate should have 9–11 years of post-graduate experience in QS/Estimation within construction, with proficiency in CostX, Candy, and Excel. Immediate joining is preferred and residence in KSA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 9–11 years post-graduate experience in QS/Estimation roles on the contractor side.
• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract functions across projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs and cost plans.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Support tender pricing and commercial submissions.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Assist in contract administration and cost control.
• Support risk and value engineering activities.
