Job summary

Kanz in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Civil & ID) to support pre-contract and commercial functions including BOQ preparation, cost control, and tender support. The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills and experience with standard forms of contract.

The candidate should have 9–11 years of post-graduate experience in QS/Estimation within construction, with proficiency in CostX, Candy, and Excel. Immediate joining is preferred and residence in KSA is expected.

Qualifications

• 9–11 years post-graduate experience in QS/Estimation roles on the contractor side.
• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract functions across projects.

Role Summary

Essential

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• BSc or BEng/ HNDEinEngineering,Quantity Surveying,Construction Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum9–11years of post-graduate experience in a QS/ Estimationrole within the construction industry (contractor side).
• Demonstrable experience across both pre-contract and post-contract functions.
• Working knowledge of standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC3/NEC4, FIDIC, or equivalent).
• Proficiencyin measurement and estimating software (e.g.,CostX,Buildsoft, Bluebeam).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Advance knowledge in Candy Cost Estimation tool.
• Experience in a specific sector such as residential, commercial, infrastructure, fit-out, or civils.
