Job summary

TalentHive Saudi Arabia is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for Civil and MEP disciplines on a full-time, on-site basis. Positions are available in Riyadh, Dammam, or Jeddah with a total package up to SAR 14,000 including base salary and allowances.

Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience in construction projects is required, with strong BOQ, subcontract management and cost control skills. Saudi project experience is highly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in QS or Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience in construction projects.
• Strong Civil or MEP quantity surveying experience; KSA project experience preferred.
• Proficient in BOQ, subcontract management, cost control and payment certification.
• Experience with contractors, consultants or large-scale project environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices for contractual compliance.
• Validate quantities, BOQ items, unit rates and payment applications.
• Support cost control, financial reconciliation and commercial reporting.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, finance and commercial departments to address payment discrepancies, cost variances and non-compliance issues.
• Assist with audits, financial closeouts and centralized commercial reporting.
• Ensure accurate documentation and commercial record management.
• Liaise with site teams to validate completed work and material deliveries.
• Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Contracts and Project Operations teams to uphold commercial governance and project financial control.
