Job summary

Parsons seeks a Senior Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to lead and coordinate civil design across large infrastructure and site development programs in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee design reviews, master planning elements, and ensure compliance with project specs and international standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and liaise with clients and authorities to secure approvals and progress milestones on complex mega-projects in Tabuk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related Engineering field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience, with large-scale infrastructure mega-projects.
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling tools; knowledge of AASHTO, ASTM and SBC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil engineering design elements for site grading, drainage, roadways, earthworks, and wet utilities.
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, calculation reports, and material specifications.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and project management teams to resolve interface conflicts.
• Act as technical liaison with clients, stakeholders, and authorities for design approvals and project alignment.
• Conduct site visits and engineering audits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with designs.
