Parsons seeks a Senior Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to lead and coordinate civil design across large infrastructure and site development programs in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee design reviews, master planning elements, and ensure compliance with project specs and international standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and liaise with clients and authorities to secure approvals and progress milestones on complex mega-projects in Tabuk.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related Engineering field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience, with large-scale infrastructure mega-projects.
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling tools; knowledge of AASHTO, ASTM and SBC.

Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer - Saudi National to join our growing team in Tabuk. In this role, you will provide senior-level technical expertise, oversight, and design coordination for massive infrastructure and site development projects. You will be responsible for leading civil engineering design reviews, managing infrastructure master planning elements, and ensuring that construction activities strictly align with project specifications, international codes, and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee civil engineering design elements, including site grading, drainage systems, roadways, earthworks, and wet utility networks.
• Perform comprehensive technical reviews of contractor submittals, shop drawings, calculation reports, and material specifications.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical mentorship to junior engineers and design teams, ensuring a high standard of deliverable quality.
• Coordinate extensively with cross-functional teams (structural, mechanical, electrical, and project management) to resolve interface conflicts and ensure smooth multidisciplinary integration.
• Act as a key technical liaison with clients, stakeholders, and local municipal authorities to facilitate design approvals and project alignment.
• Conduct site visits and engineering audits to monitor progress, resolve complex field issues, and ensure strict compliance with approved designs.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or related Engineering field from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience, with significant exposure to large-scale infrastructure mega-projects, land development..
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in civil engineering design software, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and various hydraulic modeling tools. Deep understanding of international standards (AASHTO, ASTM) and the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
