• Lead civil engineering review activities for site grading, roadways, drainage networks, earthworks, and wet utility infrastructure.
• Evaluate civil design packages, drawings, calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, material specifications, method statements, and engineering proposals.
• Check design and construction work against project specifications, codes, and approved standards.
• Provide technical direction to junior engineers, site teams, and design coordination groups.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve interface issues.
• Support infrastructure master planning reviews to ensure practicality and constructability.
• Act as a technical liaison with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Assist with design approvals, clarifications, and progress inputs for leadership.
