Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in civil and infrastructure design and delivery within Design & Build projects.
• Proven experience coordinating infrastructure works including roads, pavements, drainage, and utilities.
• Strong capability in civil engineering design review, coordination, and technical delivery within a Design & Build environment.
• Familiarity with authority approvals and regulatory requirements (GCC/KSA experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review and approve civil and infrastructure design outputs (drawings, models, specifications, shop drawings, submissions).
• Ensure compliance with Employer’s Requirements, contract documents, codes and authority regulations.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, construct-ability issues, and interface risks across disciplines.
• Provide day-to-day civil engineering support on site addressing RFIs and construction challenges.
• Review on-site civil works to verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve site issues, deviations, and non-conformances with project teams.
• Establish and enforce QA/QC requirements, design reviews and approval protocols.
• Ensure compliance of outputs with statutory regulations and aviation standards (GACA/ICAO).
• Provide day-to-day on-site support addressing construction queries and clarifications.
• Support planning and monitoring of civil design deliverables in line with the project programme.
