Job summary

Albawani is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide on-site electrical support, review shop drawings, and ensure compliance with project drawings, specs, and standards. You will work with Design Coordinators and oversee technical documentation and as-built records.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years of experience, strong English proficiency, and a background in design and build projects, with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in design, construction, or D&B projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables and review design/shop drawings.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site electrical engineering support, resolving RFIs and technical clarifications.
• Review electrical works for compliance with drawings, specs, and samples.
• Identify non-conformances and coordinate resolutions with the Design Manager.
• Coordinate electrical activities with other disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Support snagging, inspections, and quality reviews of electrical works.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance.
• Assist in tracking submittals and formal responses in project workflows.
• Prepare and support responses to RFIs, TQs, and NCRs.
