Job summary

Paanayil Heavy Engineering Projects is seeking a Project Manager Civil in Saudi Arabia to lead end-to-end execution of real-estate construction projects. The role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across design, procurement and construction sites.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, scheduling, and progress tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution from mobilisation to handover.
• Oversee site construction, ensuring drawings and specs are followed.
• Manage civil contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, costs, material use and variations.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and internal teams.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
