Job summary

IMAR Overseas KSA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, HSE, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You should have at least 20 years of construction experience, PMP is an advantage, GCC/KSA experience preferred, and a proven track record with reputable contractors in large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering mandatory.
• 20+ years overall construction experience with PM experience.
• Experience with reputable main/general contractors.
• Experience managing large-scale construction/high-end fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, cost control, procurement, contracts, and commercial management.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams; strong client management.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred; PMP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise all project activities from design review to handover.
• Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure delivery within scope, cost, and schedule constraints.
• Oversee site execution, safety, quality, and contractual standards.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and client communications.
• Conduct progress meetings and issue status reports.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and materials.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams; drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
