Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Site to lead a building construction project in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will manage mobilization through handover, including programme, budget, quality, safety, and site operations.

The ideal candidate has 7-15 years of building experience, active SCE accreditation, and strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, and FIDIC-based contracts. Based in or willing to relocate to Al Khobar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 7-15 years of experience in building construction, with PM experience.
• Experience delivering multi-storey or high-rise buildings in Saudi Arabia to handover.
• Active Saudi Council of Engineers accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, and FIDIC-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations and manage engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Own the project programme, monitor progress, recover delays, and provide regular management reports.
• Manage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, including scope, procurement schedules, performance, and payment certification.
• Coordinate with the design team on design changes, shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards.
• Lead quality control, inspections, testing, and closure of non-conformances.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities, including Balady, Civil Defense, and utility authorities.
• Identify and manage project risks while maintaining proper contractual documentation.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover, including as-built drawings and O&M documentation.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the project from mobilization through handover, managing programme, budget, quality, safety, subcontractors, consultants, and site operations.
