Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - Change to lead our change management initiatives across multiple projects and operational areas. You will develop and implement comprehensive change strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance stakeholder engagement during transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives in complex environments, especially in construction/infrastructure.
• Professional certifications in change management such as Prosci or ACMP are desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with English proficiency.
• Experience with change management tools and adoption frameworks.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing communications plans.
• Prior experience in the Saudi Arabian market or regional market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with JASARA PMC's vision and goals.
• Assess impacts on people, processes, and systems.
• Create communications plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead trainings to build change competency within the organization.
• Monitor effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust as needed for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management practices into project planning and execution.
• Foster a culture of open communication where feedback is encouraged and acted upon.
• Support leaders in change management efforts and address challenges.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on best practices in change management.
• Stay updated on change management trends, tools, and methodologies.
