Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - Change to lead our change management initiatives across multiple projects and operations. You will develop and implement comprehensive change strategies to boost organizational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement during transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field; a Masters is preferred.
• 15+ years in change management, organizational development or related areas.
• Proven leadership of change initiatives in complex environments, esp. construction or infrastructure.
• Certifications in change management like Prosci or ACMP are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and executive engagement skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with JASARA PMC's goals.
• Assess change impacts on people, processes, and systems.
• Create communications plans and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Lead training sessions to build change competency across the organization.
• Monitor effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers to embed change practices in project planning.
• Foster open communication and act on feedback with leaders.
• Provide coaching on best practices in change management.
• Stay updated on trends, tools and methodologies in change management.
