• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial management within construction or engineering.
• Proven track record of managing complex contracts and procurement processes.

• Lead the commercial management processes by overseeing and directing all commercial aspects of projects.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and manage contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance against financial targets and provide insightful reporting to senior management.
