Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement with communities, clients and other parties across our infrastructure projects. You will design and implement stakeholder engagement plans, align them with project goals, and ensure transparent communication throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, preferably in construction or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or public relations, ideally within construction or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrable ability to create and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating discussions and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the various stages of project development
• Develop and execute effective stakeholder engagement plans tailored to meet project objectives
• Facilitate ongoing communication between stakeholders and project teams through meetings, reports, and feedback sessions

• Preferably Saudi National
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
