Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - Change to lead change management initiatives across projects and operations, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement during transitions.

The role involves collaborating with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure changes are integrated into culture and processes, assessing impacts, defining objectives, and establishing best practices for managing change.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
• Experience leading change initiatives in construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Assess impacts on people, processes, and systems during changes.
• Create communication plans and materials for stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to build change competency across the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate change initiatives and adjust as needed for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate change practices into project planning and execution.
• Foster open communication culture and feedback loops with leaders and teams.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on change management best practices.
