Responsibilities

• Lead development of category analytics frameworks and portfolio strategies.
• Identify category opportunities and portfolio expansion initiatives across HORECA.
• Oversee category structures, assortments, and product hierarchies.
• Analyze category performance and market trends to guide decisions.
• Prepare executive dashboards and strategic insights for leadership.
• Establish category KPIs and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, finance, marketing, and ops.
