Job Overview:

To monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure product integrity, compliance, and safety within warehouse operations and distribution processes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of category analytics frameworks and portfolio strategies aligned with the company’s long-term foodservice vision and channel priorities.
• Identify new category opportunities, white spaces, and portfolio expansion initiatives across HORECA channels.
• Oversee the design and optimization of category structures, assortment strategies, and product hierarchies to improve channel relevance and portfolio clarity.
• Analyze category performance, market trends, customer behavior, and operational insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure category strategies are scalable and executable.
• Ensure the existing product range is continuously aligned and integrated within the broader strategic portfolio framework.
• Drive the development of category planning tools, assortment methodologies, and governance frameworks to improve consistency and decision quality.
• Support channel and commercial teams through strategic portfolio recommendations, mix optimization, and category positioning guidance.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic insights for senior leadership and management discussions.
• Establish and monitor category KPIs related to assortment effectiveness, channel fit, portfolio productivity, and long-term category growth.
• Collaborate in the development and execution of the Division’s ABCs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with other Functions' leadership.
• Make critical decisions that support the Division's strategic and tactical direction.
• Develop plans for respective functions/teams, providing inputs that align with and support the Division’s goals and objectives.
• Delegate tactical responsibilities to emerging leaders within the Division, enhancing succession planning.
• Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure goal achievement and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Set clear performance objectives, offer necessary support, and regularly evaluate and provide feedback to direct reports for continuous development.
• Actively participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the function.
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor workflow.
• Create opportunities for team members to contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Own the budgeting cycle and proactively contribute to the budgeting process.
• Manage departments effectively within budget, providing accurate reports on progress and challenges encountered.
• Formulate strategies that drive positive financial impact while mitigating financial and operational risks.

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 – 8 years of relevant experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
