Job summary

Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co is seeking a Business Analyst — Sales & Commercial to transform complex commercial data into clear, actionable insights. You will support six sales channels including Modern Trade, Wholesale, Van Operations, International Markets, E-Commerce, and Sales Transformation & Systems, enabling faster, more confident strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in commercial analytics, BI or financial analysis; FMCG/CG experience preferred.
• KSA or GCC market experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint essential.
• BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and ERP familiarity (SAP) desired.
• Strong data modeling and forecasting; SQL or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and own the commercial performance reporting framework across six sales channels.
• Develop dashboards tracking volume, value, distribution, and channel health metrics.
• Prepare MBR and QBR packs with performance narratives and variance commentary.
• Automate recurring reports to ensure data accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Provide deep-dive analyses on sales trends, channel performance, and market share movements.
• Build scenario models including pricing evaluations and promotional ROI.
