Qualifications

• Senior consulting and program leadership experience with problem structuring and governance.
• Knowledge of cards, CVM, product launches, digital banking and SAMA regulations.
• English and Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex cards program across multiple workstreams with aligned objectives, timelines, budget, and benefits.
• Establish governance routines including steering committees, RAID, escalation and executive reporting.
• Translate strategic priorities into an integrated roadmap with milestones, owners and deliverables.
• Support cards strategy across consumer, corporate and SME segments with CVM and performance focus.
• Oversee product launches, CVP enhancements, pricing changes and portfolio interventions.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and provide executive updates and recommendations.
