Job summary

PayTech Group seeks a Cards Consulting Program Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of a large cards transformation program, including CVM, analytics, governance and product launches. The role requires senior strategic advisory capabilities and hands-on leadership to manage cross-functional teams and engage C-level stakeholders.

The position emphasizes delivering measurable commercial, operational, customer and risk-management outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong execution

Qualifications

• Senior consulting and program leadership experience with stakeholder management.
• Knowledge in cards, CVM, product launch, digital banking, and SAMA regulations.
• English and Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
• 15–20+ years' relevant experience in consulting and payments.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream programs from strategy to realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex cards consulting program across multiple workstreams with alignment to objectives, timelines, budget, quality criteria and benefits.
• Establish governance routines including steering committees, working groups, RAID management, escalation, dependency tracking and executive reporting.
• Translate strategic priorities into an integrated roadmap with milestones, owners and deliverables, resolving risks and scope changes to maintain momentum.
• Support execution of cards strategy across consumer, corporate and SME segments with focus on growth and CVM.
• Oversee product launches, CVP enhancements, pricing changes, loyalty improvements and campaign execution.
• Structure business problems into clear workplans, hypotheses, analytical requirements and decision-ready outputs for senior leadership.
