Job summary

Quantum Talent Group is seeking a Cards Analytics Specialist to lead portfolio analytics for card products across banking/fintech. You will prepare dashboards and reports, analyse metrics across acquisition, activation, spend, retention, and profitability, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Finance, automate recurring reports, and improve data quality while applying advanced SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cards analytics, portfolio analytics, or BI in banking, payments, or fintech.
• Strong credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Python, R, or SAS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly card portfolio performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyse acquisition, activation, spend, usage, retention, attrition, delinquency, and profitability.
• Conduct customer segmentation, cohort, vintage, and trend analysis.
• Measure campaign performance using control groups, uplift, response rates, and ROI analysis.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Improve data quality and automate recurring reports.
