Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Cards Portfolio Manager to own the growth and health of the card program end-to-end. You will work across scheme relationships, compliance and commercial strategy to grow issuance, activation and usage while staying fully aligned with scheme rules and regulatory requirements.

You’ll lead growth initiatives, manage scheme relationships and reporting, and own compliance obligations tied to the card program—from mandates to regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in banking or fintech with card programs exposure.
• Strong knowledge of card scheme rules and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical skills with portfolio performance data.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Product & Tech.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio growth strategy for Tabby’s card program across funnel—pricing, incentives and partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with card schemes, including reporting and mandates.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with scheme rules, regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk and Legal to manage audits, certifications and filings.
• Track and report portfolio performance (activation, spend, retention) and compliance status.
