Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Delivery Program Manager to lead multi‑million dollar banking transformation programs across the Middle East. You will engage C‑level stakeholders, drive end‑to‑end delivery, and ensure profitability through strong governance and risk management.

In this role, you will manage cross‑functional teams, partner with sales for growth opportunities, and align programs with client strategy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex banking transformation programs from initiation through execution and closure.
• Drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Establish and govern program management frameworks, risk controls, and delivery methodologies.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising business, consulting, technology, and operations professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives within client organizations.
• Act as trusted advisor for strategic delivery initiatives and transformations.
• Lead executive governance forums, steering committees and business reviews.
• Own overall program P&L and drive margin optimization.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue realization, forecasting and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through operational efficiencies and delivery excellence.
• Partner with account and sales leadership to identify growth opportunities within existing banking clients.
• Support business development activities, solutioning discussions, and client presentations.
• Contribute to account expansion through successful program delivery and strategic client engagement.
• Establish governance structures for program oversight and proactively mitigate risks.
