Job summary

PayTech Group in Riyadh, KSA, seeks a Cards Technical Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end card program delivery for consumer, wallet-linked, and commercial cards. You will own BIN setup, ICA assignment, Mastercard scheme certification, and digital wallet integrations in a greenfield BNPL card launch.

You will coordinate with processor, personalization bureaus, and product/tech/compliance teams to ensure on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and production readiness in a high-profile

Qualifications

• Hands-on end-to-end technical implementation across card programs (credit, wallet, commercial).
• Experience with principal membership setup and ICA enablement with a major card scheme.
• Processor integration experience with tier-1 issuer processors.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulatory framework for card issuance.
• Fluent English; available immediately or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead full technical delivery lifecycle for consumer, wallet-linked, and commercial cards in KSA, including BIN, ICA, CMS integration, and scheme certification, with on-time milestones.
• Coordinate membership enablement, ICA assignment, regulatory submissions to SAMA, and ensure operational activation within 8 weeks.
• Oversee card productionisation and digital issuance, including personalization and integration with processing platforms.
• Execute digital wallet/tokenisation launches (MDES/xPay) and 3DS configuration with end-to-end provisioning.
• Lead scheme certification, QA, SIT/UAT, performance and security testing, ensuring zero P1/P2 defects pre-launch.
• Manage authorization, authentication, and dispute configurations; ensure BAU readiness and handover docs.
• Coordinate across Processor, personalization bureaus, and product/tech/compliance teams; run workshops and governance cadence.
