Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd. is seeking a Cards Portfolio Growth Specialist for a 12-month on-site contract in Riyadh, KSA.

The role focuses on driving new cardholder growth through targeted acquisition strategies, campaign design, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics. You will identify high-potential segments, optimize channels, and monitor performance to maximize portfolio growth and activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin, CS, IT, or related field.
• Experience in Banking, Digital Payment & FinTech industries.
• Regional experience in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic preferred.
• 3+ years in cards, retail banking, payments, or FinTech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute card acquisition strategies aligned with portfolio growth objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential customer segments using market analysis, customer insights, and performance data.
• Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across digital, branch, telesales, partnership, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor acquisition funnels, conversion rates, customer response, cost of acquisition, and campaign performance.
• Identify customer journey gaps and recommend improvements to application, onboarding, and conversion experiences.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to develop relevant value propositions, offers, and campaign messages.
• Coordinate with Sales and distribution teams to improve lead management and channel effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and translate campaign results into clear actions.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Support post-acquisition initiatives that improve activation and early card usage.

Job Title: Cards Portfolio Growth Specialist

Purpose of the Project

Drive new cardholder growth by identifying high-potential customer segments, designing, and optimizing acquisition campaigns, improving conversion across digital and traditional channels, and partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to maximize sustainable portfolio growth.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in cards, retail banking, financial services, payments, or FinTech.
• Hands-on experience in customer acquisition, campaign management, sales growth, or portfolio management.
• Good understanding of card products, acquisition channels, customer segmentation, and onboarding journeys.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign and portfolio performance data.
• Experience working with CRM, campaign management, reporting, or digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
• Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); Arabic preferred.
