Job summary

Quant, a Saudi enterprise driving data and AI solutions, seeks a Sr. Business Director to lead the sales division in Riyadh. You will define strategy, targets, and KPIs, and guide a high-performing team to win large, complex contracts with enterprise clients in IT, data science, and AI sectors.

This role requires deep market knowledge of the Saudi enterprise landscape, exceptional leadership, and the ability to align product and marketing with market needs, pricing, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise sales in IT, data science, or AI sectors.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close high-value contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Quant’s vision.
• Define targets, KPIs, and capacity planning for the sales team.
• Build relationships with enterprise clients and expand market presence.
• Lead market intelligence and collaborate with product and marketing.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and optimize pricing strategies.
