Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Business Analyst to work with stakeholders across business users, management, and IT teams to gather and document requirements and translate them into functional specifications. The role involves process modeling, data analysis, and collaboration with IT to implement solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields, a bachelor's degree in a related area, and strong English

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or CBAP/PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and use cases.
• Develop process models and flowcharts for current and future states.
• Collaborate with IT to design and implement solutions meeting business needs.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and are technically feasible.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to provide progress updates and collect feedback.
• Monitor progress and assist in risk assessment and budgeting.
• Travel to various locations as needed to support implementations.
