Job summary

Client of Eram Talent in Medina seeks an experienced Business Analyst to analyze requirements, improve processes, and translate needs into technology and operational solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, PMs and SMEs to understand objectives and document requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting interviews, documenting As-Is and To-Be processes, creating BRDs/FRS, and supporting UAT, tests and design reviews while ensuring clear communication across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 0.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business/process analysis and requirements management.
• Strong experience with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Industrial, or other large enterprises.
• Experience with digital transformation, ERP, enterprise applications, or process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BPMN, BABOK, or ITIL.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, use cases and process flows.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Facilitate communication among business users, IT teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Support solution evaluation and provide business input.
• Participate in requirements validation and design reviews.
• Develop and maintain process maps and data-flow diagrams.
• Support UAT including test scenarios and defect clarification.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents BRD Functional Requirements Specifications FRS user stories use cases and process flows

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented
• Facilitate communication between business users IT teams vendors and project stakeholders
• Support solution evaluation and provide business input into proposed solutions
• Participate in requirements validation solution walkthroughs and design reviews
• Develop and maintain process maps workflow diagrams and data-flow diagrams
• Support User Acceptance Testing UAT including test-scenario preparation test-case review and defect clarification

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• .5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business/process analysis and requirements management.
• Strong experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Industrial, or other large enterprise environments.
• Experience with digital transformation, ERP, enterprise applications, or process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BPMN, BABOK, or ITIL.
