Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Riyadh seeks a senior mechanical systems engineer to supervise and manage the customer’s designers and contractors in delivering terminal HVAC controls and building management systems.

You will coordinate with the MEP delivery teams, contracts & procurement, and Start-Up/Commissioning to ensure design meets customer and project requirements and to support turnover of completed mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8+ years' mechanical systems experience.
• Accreditation by an international body.
• Experience with BMS design, HVAC controls, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the customer's designers and contractors in terminal BMS design delivery.
• Review technical submissions related to BMS and HVAC controls.
• Support procurement and tender processes with design input and evaluations.
• Monitor progress and performance of designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Stakeholder Management to secure permits and approvals on schedule.
