Job summary

Egis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to lead development, coordination, and optimization of BIM models across multidisciplinary projects. You will ensure alignment with Saudi codes and contract requirements while mentoring the team.

Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, plus a strong BIM standards background, are essential. You will drive innovation in coordination processes and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-quality BIM solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years in BIM coordination, structural or MEP roles in AEC.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks or equivalent BIM platforms.
Strong knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, coordination, and optimization of BIM models across multidisciplinary projects.
Manage clash detection and resolution between structural, MEP, and architectural systems.
Establish and enforce BIM standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and compliance with Saudi codes.
Generate technical documentation, drawings, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models.
Perform QA reviews to verify compliance with project specs and contractual deliverables.
Run model coordination meetings, track issues, and implement corrective actions.
Mentor junior BIM coordinators to adopt best practices and foster continuous learning.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and evolving standards.
