Job summary

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) in AlUla seeks a Senior Engineer – BIM, Design & Interface Coordination to lead multidisciplinary design reviews and BIM coordination across all project phases.

You will coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure interfaces; review deliverables for RIBA Stages 2–6; ensure compliance with BIM standards; identify clashes and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and teams; prepare coordination reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with valid SCE registration.
• 15+ years of experience, including BIM management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• D&B project experience with federated models and RIBA stages.
• Strong experience in water, wastewater, utility networks, and infrastructure, preferably in KSA/GCC.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks/Solibri, Civil 3D, BIM 360/ACC, and GIS.
• BIM/information management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design reviews and BIM coordination across all project phases.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, BIM, and GIS interfaces.
• Review RIBA Stages 2–6 deliverables, drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, authority regulations, codes, and BIM standards.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, RFIs, and technical coordination issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support design reviews, technical workshops, and interface management meetings.
• Prepare BIM, clash detection, and technical coordination reports.
