Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd. is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support project delivery teams with day-to-day BIM development, establishment and implementation of BIM standards and workflows.

The role requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management and 5+ years in design, with 3+ years BIM implementation on major projects. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design.
• Minimum 3 years’ BIM implementation on major projects or programs.
• Experience with consultants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold BIM standards, processes and workflows.
• Provide progress and performance updates on a fortnightly and monthly basis.
• Plan, run and document BIM workshops and coordination meetings.
• Manage hardware/software deployments for BIM and train project teams.
• Develop and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project use.
• Coordinate BIM content with design leads and ensure clash-free models.
• Validate and export model data for schedules and construction planning.
• Ensure Project Information Models (PIMs) meet MIDP/TIDP and CDE requirements.
