Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years in design and 3 years BIM implementation on major projects.
• Experience with a consultant and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM standards and processes across projects.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain BIM documentation.
• Coordinate with design leads to resolve clashes and ensure coordination.
• Set up and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for the project.
• Train staff on BIM software and workflows and support project teams.
