Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Riyadh. You will implement BIM standards, manage CDE setup, and coordinate design teams across major projects. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related tools is essential, with 3+ years BIM experience and 5+ years in design.

The role requires strong communication in English, coordination with clients and contractors, and the ability to produce technical reports and validation documents under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ design experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ BIM implementation on major projects.
• Experience with a consultant.
• Proficient in BIM software applications (Revit, Civil 3D, AECOSIM, Navisworks, VICO, CostX, Synchro, BIM 360 Glue/Field).
• Middle East experience preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Implement and enforce BIM standards and workflows at project level.
• Provide progress updates on BIM activities to stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct workshops and meetings.
• Manage deployment of BIM hardware and software and provide training.
• Support setup of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project use.
• Develop BIM documentation and specifications and liaise with tender and contract teams.
• Coordinate model development, clash detection, and model validation across teams.
• Ensure Project Information Models comply with TIDP, MIDP, and CDE protocols.
