Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd invites a BIM Coordinator to join our Riyadh team. You will drive BIM processes, establish standards, and support project delivery with day-to-day BIM development and coordination across disciplines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management, 5 years of design experience, and 3 years BIM implementation on major projects. Proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools is essential, with strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Design.
• Minimum 3 years’ BIM implementation on major projects or programs.
• Experience working with a consultant is preferred.
• Proficiency in BIM authoring and related software tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce BIM standards, processes, and workflows at project level.
• Provide progress updates on a fortnightly and monthly basis to clients and leads.
• Issue and respond to formal BIM-related correspondences.
• Plan, manage and document workshops and coordination meetings.
• Manage deployment of hardware/software and provide BIM software training for projects.
• Support setup and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Develop BIM documentation and ensure model submissions meet project standards.
