Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, project management, business administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of large-scale engineering project management experience; international energy or power project experience preferred.
• Experience leading renewable energy projects; delivery of large-scale BESS projects of 100 MWh+ highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from contract award through delivery, commissioning, acceptance, and warranty.
• Own project schedule, cost, quality, risks, deliverables, and overall execution performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, and service activities.
• Manage customer expectations and act as the primary interface with customers, EPCs, partners, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify critical project risks and drive cross-functional teams to resolve execution issues.
• Coordinate the supply and delivery of key BESS equipment, including battery systems, PCS, and EMS.
• Build and lead effective cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams.
